The King’s Centre Hotel is housed in a modern 7-storey building, which has a pleasant unfussy façade with attic windows. Wood panelled, with a central chandelier, the lobby boasts a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The 90 good-sized guestrooms are decorated in luxurious style with ornate wood furniture and canopy beds. Both the rooms and the bathrooms are in excellent condition. Guests start the day with a generous hot and cold buffet in the Bavarian-themed breakfast room, surrounded by more carved wood panelling, soft lighting and gold finish. During the summer months breakfast is also available in the well-cultivated garden courtyard. The hotel’s bar offers a good variety of wines, cocktails and fresh Bravarian beers. This is the only hotel in Munich with a four-poster-bed in every room and is therefore especially recommended for guests in a romantic mood.
