The Torbrau Hote is housed in a traditional Bravarian building with attic windows and a beautifully renovated beige façade. The terrace café on the first floor gives a pleasant view towards the Marienplatz. Small, with a blue tiled floor, the lobby offers a compact seating area opposite the reception desk and is dominated by a large chandelier. The 86 guestrooms vary in their style of décor, but all feature pleasant light wood fittings and are well maintained. The hotel offers various dining options. The hotel’s "La Famiglia" restaurant is run by the Crocamo family from Tuscany and serves Italian specialities. The "La Cantinetta" bar offers draught Bravarian beer, cocktails and snacks. The "Am Isartor" café, where guests can enjoy delicious pastries and coffee, prides itself on preserving the gemütlichkeit (cosiness) that Munich is famous for. It also doubles as the hotel’s breakfast room, prividing a generous buffet every morning.
